16 Jul, 2026 - I Have an Idea

There’s a very specific kind of energy that shows up right before an idea is fully formed – when it’s still rough around the edges, still more instinct than plan, still just a flicker of “wait, what if…”. Most people wait until an idea has been polished, tested, and safely proven before they ever say it out loud. I want to try something different.

I want to think out loud. To follow a thought before I know where it’s going, to write down the question before I have the answer, to share the spark instead of only the finished fire. There’s something honest about showing the in-between – the uncertainty, the half-formed logic, the excitement of not yet knowing if something will work. I think we lose something valuable when we only ever show people our conclusions and hide all the thinking that got us there.

So this is where the ideas will live before they’re ready – some of them will grow into something real, others will quietly fall apart under a bit of scrutiny, and that’s fine too. I’d rather share the process than perform certainty I don’t actually have. Consider this an open invitation to sit with me at the very beginning of a thought, before it’s had the chance to become anything at all.
